About Healthy Bites
Healthy Bites works in sugar at a level closer to sculpture than decoration. Hand-modelled flowers, hand-painted marbling and traditional wedding pieces built as stacked trunks with coral beads and a calabash. Cakes and pastries, including a gluten free range. Abuja, and available to travel.

"The traditional wedding cake is the one to look at. Coral beads, tooled leather panels, a gold calabash and kola nuts on raffia, all of it edible. That is cultural fluency, executed in sugar, and it is rare."
